Sleep Training Services Return Policy:
Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. Therefore, we offer a return policy for our sleep training services as follows:
1. A return of 30% will be issued after the one-on-one consultation has taken place but no sleep plan has been created. This return applies only to the sleep training services and not to additional products or services purchased.
2. No returns will be accepted after one-on-one support has been initiated. Once you have started receiving support, we cannot offer a refund for any reason.
3. Please note that we do not offer returns on gift card receipts. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
