The Sleep Consultant that Could’s Sleep Packages
6 Convenient Sleep Packages customized to all ages
We all know the importance of sleep. It is widely recognized that sleep impacts children’s health and well-being and that short sleep duration is associated with a wide range of adverse health outcomes. However, most children fulfill their sleep needs in one way or another. Parents, on the other hand, often do not.
Society must prioritize parent’s sleep. The notion that being parents means sleep deprivation must be challenged. Lack of sleep is linked to health outcomes such as lower immunity, metabolic problems such as an increase in weight, cognitive impairments such as problems with memory, decision-making, and concentration, and mental health concerns such as a more significant risk of depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.
People tell you to wait it out, or that is normal, but you are frustrated and exhausted and wonder for how long? As a birth and postpartum doula, I know that breastfeeding is the number one cause that makes parents skeptical about getting good sleep and keep on breastfeeding. And I also know that many families are skeptical when working with sleep consultants because they think all consultants use the same approach. However, at TSCTC, we purposely maintain a limited number of clients to ensure quality in delivering customized services. Our approach doesn’t just structure your little one’s bedtime routine but their entire day, ensuring we create good sleep associations throughout.
Working with The Sleep Consultant That Could means …

My approach is rooted in understanding the delicate balance between neurological development, positive sleep associations, and parental empowerment. Our educational sleep packages are more than two or three weeks of sleep support; our holistic approach focuses on your child’s entire day because better sleep goes beyond wake windows and training methods. My sleep packages are a step-by-step system customized to your child’s age, personality, needs, and family dynamics, supplemented with daytime activities that support positive sleep associations and milestones.
